Terms & Condtions

Owner Agrees to pay for all services at the time of booking. Owner agrees to pay any additional cost for special services provided such as bathing, transportation, vet bills, medication, food.

Due to the nature of Paws and Dalila, there are inherent risk. These risk include, but are not limited to; transfer of Canine Papilloma Virus (puppy warts), Canine Cough, fleas and/or ticks. Paws and Dalila require proof of current vaccinations including; Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella. 

Paws and Dalila will exercise all reasonable care for all pets during any services to prevent harm or injuries to all pets. Owner understands that the social activities offered by Paws and Dalila involve interaction of a variety of dogs with different levels of energy, training and temperament, and that their dog will be allowed to interact with said dogs.  Due to the potential risk to the Pet and people that participate during above mentioned services, it is expressly agreed by Owner that Paws and Dalila and its owners and employees are not liable to the Owner for any problems, incidents, or injuries that may result during Pet's stay.

Injuries may include, but are not limited to: broken nails, sore feet, puncture wounds, abrasions and cuts. These injuries are generally benign and can usually be managed by Paws and Dalila or at home. In some cases, veterinary care may be required. Dogs and Dalila, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian, though all attempts will be made to contact the Owner of the Pet first. However, in the event of an extreme emergency where the Owner of the Pet cannot be contacted, emergency vet care may be sought. Owner authorizes the veterinarian to treat Pet in whatever manner deemed necessary. Owner will be responsible for all veterinary charges upon release of the Pet. Owner also gives full authority for the treating veterinarian and their associates to discuss any aspect of any illness or injury that the has presented for treatment. 

The Owner further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of said Pet while it is in the care of Dogs and Dalila. Owner agrees to be financially responsible for property damaged by Pet. Reasonable costs for damage will be payable upon checkout of Pet.

Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment have been made. Owner Agrees that if you cancel your booking for whatever reason, your deposit is non–refundable. Owner Agrees pay the deposit within 10 days of your initial inquiry or dates requested will be opened and available for other owners to book those dates.
